Ghouls are stronger than regular Slugs and can be destroyed by highly trained Slugs. However, it is possible to get a Ghoul Slug back into a regular Slug by training it. In Back to Black, the Greater appeared as a ghoul but was later revealed to be a Slug. Whether it’s a Slug or a Greater, a Ghoul will probably have a higher attack power than a regular Slug.
